We collect and process information for the following purposes:
To deliver, maintain, and improve our Services;
To detect, analyze, and autonomously resolve system issues, including automated patch generation and pull request creation on your connected repositories;
To operate secure, ephemeral environments for testing and applying fixes, all of which are destroyed upon task completion;
To communicate with you, including technical updates, feedback requests, and (only if opted in) marketing.
To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Our platform leverages AI agents and large language models (LLMs) to support issue triage and resolution. We take great care to ensure that sensitive information, such as tokens, source code, or user identifiers, is never transmitted to external AI providers. Inputs to AI systems are anonymized and minimized to the extent technically possible and necessary to fulfill the requested function.
We do not store or retain source code, diagnostic logs, or repository contents beyond the immediate context of the fix. All remediation processes are executed in secure, ephemeral, and isolated environments that are programmatically destroyed after each resolution.
GitHub and Slack tokens, where applicable, are encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard cryptographic practices. Encryption keys are securely managed and are never accessible to unauthorized individuals.
Users may revoke integration permissions at any time via the third-party platforms (e.g., GitHub OAuth dashboard).
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your Personal Information to third parties. We may disclose information under the following circumstances:
To service providers and subprocessors acting on our behalf under binding agreements (e.g., cloud providers, security vendors), solely for the purposes set forth in this Policy;
As required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other corporate reorganization, in which case data will be transferred subject to the protections outlined herein.
To protect the rights, safety, or security of the Company, our users, or the public, in compliance with legal standards.
Anonymized or aggregated data may be used for analytics, product development, or commercial purposes.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdiction with comparable laws, you may have the right to:
Access or obtain a copy of your Personal Information;
